Immediately Rejection without even trying to review it. Not here to help black people seek justice. Ben crump and his employees are only here for an instant payout so if you're not dead or nearly dead, you dont make a good client for them . Smh Yeah... God bless America. It deserves Everything its about to get.

It took me 1.5 years to finally reach Ben Crump himself! My black son passed away and I needed his help. Once I finally got a response from him, he sent me to his associates to read over the case in the death of my son. He personally never looked at the case himself. Ben Crump ONLY talks to black people in death cases when it's on the NEWS or SOCIAL MEDIA! Which I think is a poor way to treat anyone who has lost a family member to death and reaching out for his help! I don't recommend his firm or him! As he only wants to help death cases that are in the media!

I signed a retainer with crump 2 years ago re aff foam in navy but no update or communication. Don't even know if still represented bc they don't answer phone no email listed. They don't want to hear from you unless they reach out which they dont

If I could give a zero star, I would. Staff lacks experience, with the inability to compile and write client’s statements accurately. Says one thing and does something totally different. Mislead people into believing their best interest would be represented. Left many people unemployed, and with a huge tax burden. I would not refer anyone to this company.

I almost never write negative reviews but decided to write this one. I don't recommend anyone to use this Law Firm. They pick and choose the person they want to represent even though they take your type of cases. After looking at these current reviews I'm glad things didnt work out.

Hard to get a response from and a waste of time.. Ben Crump isn’t really fighting for us.

I called for a consultation for my son, I left a voice message and no one returned my call. The matter has been taken care of but having the common courtesy of a return call is professional.
