Reached out to this firm for help with my legal case. I was battered by officers, wrongfully arrested, and served a 4 year prison sentence. This firm would not help me.

Tried reaching out and got no response

I also received a super weird and rude response from a paralegal named Oscar at this law firm that made no sense. When asked how to file a complaint on the rude paralegal's, he hung up the phone. Don't waste your time.

Do not waste your time and effort. He never responded to any e mails. If the first time you contact someone with a valid case and this person sits there and ignores you knowing you will lose time and effort then this is not the best counsel you can get.

Saw the video outside the jacksonville school. That's what you do for a living represent people like this?

Look up "Stardust Racers" yeah the family will get a settlement, but it is clear he only cares about money. Not actual justice or his clients. First thing you see on the website "look how much money I made them" id be interested to see how much of that went to the office and how much went to those that suffered.

This lawyer and all he talks about is all talk not actually there to help you if you've been assaulted. This lawyer group doesn't care about you that's obvious they only care about what they care about not that you've been assaulted by security guards and facing major surgery because of that assault that occurred in a hospital by security guards. This law firm obviously supports that type of behavior by security guards assaulting people that's a lawyer group tends to like that kind of stuff to happen to people that's obvious. My advice go find a lawyer that actually cares.

Ben Crump law firm is a sham, the paralegals discriminate on people based on the value of their case, by screening the process, I’m a former employee of AT&T who was racially discriminated & gender discrimination who was terminated through retaliation, they never reached back out after my consultation, never sent a denial letter & never offered any information on how I can get help. I don’t recommend this firm to anyone because it seems Ben only helps high profile celebrities who help his image as an attorney

What a complete joke! Seriously, don't waste your time or money like I did. Research obtaining an actual attorney who would actually fight for you. You have been warned! Good luck

It took me 1.5 years to finally reach Ben Crump himself! My black son passed away and I needed his help. Once I finally got a response from him, he sent me to his associates to read over the case in the death of my son. He personally never looked at the case himself. Ben Crump ONLY talks to black people in death cases when it's on the NEWS or SOCIAL MEDIA! Which I think is a poor way to treat anyone who has lost a family member to death and reaching out for his help! I don't recommend his firm or him! As he only wants to help death cases that are in the media!

No compassion

Hard to get a response from and a waste of time.. Ben Crump isn’t really fighting for us.

Brought my case to Crump. They tell me they won't take my case but that I should keep trying. Whatever that's supposed to mean. It's about equal representation. I spent 45 days in jail with injuries (October 2019) and just sense there was no conviction they're denying me all kinds of records I need for a countersuit. Not just bodycam footage but even medical records. I'm a victim of a false police report given by the very people who caused my injuries and apparently not even Ben Crump is here to help me. Ever heard the saying "Give me my flowers while I'm still here"? Why is every law firm I talk to so afraid to prosecute a court appointed attorney? Sounds just like a SCAM to me.The guy withheld so much of the evidence in my favor that it's no wonder I was locked up so long. The majority of the time he spent blocking me from seeing the district attorney and suggesting I plea guilty
