I live in San Antonio and needed assistance with some legal documents for my parents who live in the Valley. A friend referred me to Ms. Benavides and her firm and we’re extremely pleased with her help and service. My parents received a very thorough consultation and tailored options for our needs. We received clear communication, information and our documents were prepared and delivered as scheduled. Due to a scheduling conflict I was unable to sit in on the first meeting but I was very impressed with how comfortable my parents were meeting with Ms. Benavides and her team in my absence. There was no need for me to follow up with Ms. Benavides afterwards as my parents were able to share and relay all the information back to me from their meeting. Thank you Ms. Benavides and Firm!

Mistreated from beginning to end. Was told the firm was “too busy” on multiple occasions. Had a few sit downs and was told more paperwork was needed. Brought the paperwork in, she reviewed it in the lobby and took it on. Weeks later I called and nothing was done. Zero progress. Attorney stated I didn’t provide enough paperwork. Courtesy call? Nope cause again she said she was too busy to be going back and forth. Also, stated she wasn’t paid for her services. The message wasn’t relayed to us stating that payment was due upfront. We’re lost cause this is the first time we’ve been in this situation. Guide us! Communicate with us! Extremely upset that she also said to go by and pickup the paperwork that was left, so we can try to find someone else that can help. Just cause your business is busy doesn’t give you the right to treat clients unfairly. We’re clients.. we went to you for help!

Great attorney and firm. Reached out regarding a potential real estate matter. Her staff and attorney were very quick to communicate, follow up and after realizing they’d double booked the attorney for a zoom meeting she personally reached out and even gave me a 30 minute consult over the phone without charge. Told me exactly what I needed to know as opposed to other lawyers charging me outrageous consult fees and getting me nowhere. She was clear and to the point and speaking with her has helped me figure out how I need to move forward with my issue. Highly recommend.
