Well, I sought the services of a lawyer For a court case. Everything was going well. We were very happy with his performance. We won the lawsuit against the other person. The problem started when time passed and nothing was heard from the defendant about payment. I called the lawyer to ask what was happening. And I went to his office to see what was going to be done, and he said he didn't know how to get the payment. That he hadn't had cases that went that far. And he asked me for a little more money to continue, and so quite some time passed. Then I sent him text messages and called him, and I didn't receive any response. Until one time I left him a review. A short while later, he called me and said he hadn't seen the messages or calls, that he no longer remembered my case. I explained it to him again, and he told me to give him another week to see what was going to be done, and that was that. Time passed, and I was left waiting for an answer. And the case wasn't completed.

That man doesn't work as a lawyer. He charged me $150 for 30 minutes and didn't resolve anything for me. I'm suing for divorce. He didn't explain the steps to follow in detail, he just gave me examples...

I went for my divorce, but as we started the conversation, I realized he didn't know what I was talking about. He didn't know what a prenuptial agreement is, which you sign when you get married without being informed in advance. That's my issue with my divorce. I don't think he specializes in that area, but he should just transfer you to the right lawyer; that's what a law firm is for.
