Mr. Bender is a competitive lawyer for his clients and he will try his very best because he doesn’t want to let you down. It shows that he knows the laws and does not like to lose, he’s a fighter. He is very straight forward and expects the same thing in return because that’s what he needs in order to get the win. He does not sugar coat anything and will tell you the good and the bad. His personality is very strong and not for the weak because he may come off as insensitive, but don’t take it personal, he just wants you to be truthful when answering his questions so he can figure out how to help you. Mr. Bender came highly referred by a family law attorney as her law firm did not help in criminal matters. Mr. Bender was realistic did not sugar coat things or tell me what I wanted to hear. Can’t accept needed help.

I consulted with this guy for all of 15 minutes. I was grossly ripped off by a contractor who convinced me to sign a contract in my favor. And it was not in my favor. My mistake, fine. But this guy just referred to me as stupid and proceeded to insult my speaking style. He might know the law and he didn’t charge me for his insults, so here’s a few stars for that. But I will never hire him for anything. He’s extremely condescending and rude to potential clients, and made me feel like he was working for the contractor who ripped me off. Good luck with your case!
