I had a consultation scheduled for 2:30 PM. At 2:33 I received a call saying the attorney was running behind and that they would call me back shortly. I didn’t get a call back until about 2:50, and after being transferred to the attorney I sat on hold for a few minutes with no one picking up, so I ended the call. I understand delays happen, but the communication and follow through were disappointing. If you’re running 20 to 30 minutes behind, it would be more respectful to reschedule rather than leave a client waiting.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this firm. Communication and follow-up have been extremely poor. On multiple occasions, the front desk receptionist has abruptly ended calls, which comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. I expected a higher level of courtesy and support, especially for legal services. It's pretty embarrasing to have to post an attachment as proof, given such a hard time. It's such a shame this company operates like this.

The staffing in the Kissimmee office were very helpful and extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I had the proper documents dated, and that I delivered the proper documents needed for the Bankruptcy. In fact, everyone at this firm was very helpful. They kept me in touch of things that I had to plan myself and be ready for, and I didn’t have to go to the court. My interaction with the judge was done through a Zoom call, which was extremely helpful for me.
