I was represented by Ben Small for my Social Security Disability Case which I need greatly I have extreme chronic pain in my neck with 3 severe herniated disc's, 7 bone spears, I need surgery but I can't afford to be laid up for up to a year! My back also has 3 herniated disc's, fibromialga, a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder, and etc plus extreme anxiety, depression, ptsd, and ADHD which all this makes it very difficult to work but Ben Small had to cancel my hearing which took years to get to that point for a medical emergency, which I do understand it really sucked for me to have my hearing canceled but then he told me I needed to get a new attorney because he didn't think I would get SSI! After years of getting to that point! My friend oddly had a hearing for SSI with Ben Small as her attorney and because of canceling her hearing she died a few months later at 28 years old! She deserved SSI to make the last months of her life a little more enjoyable then just living off of $203 a month and $186 in food stamps, she was suffering greatly and should of had a little more money to live on to make her last few months more comfortable and enjoyable for her!!! I would never recommend Ben Small to anyone!!!
