Just got off the phone with these folks and while I appreciate them taking my call, they come off as very rude and insensitive. I would avoid them.

Willam was so rude when on the phone with him trying to ask for his help and he replied with we don’t want to help you with that and hung up on me. I’m only asking for help he could have been more professional then that but have a nice day sir
