High-quality team of lawyers and I cannot say enough good things about them. Nothing is ever guaranteed in a lawsuit, but they are fighters who come prepared and work incredibly hard for their clients. Travis and Austin P. were hired to assist with a custody and domestic violence case, but they should never have taken it. They clearly lacked experience in family law and were unprepared on the day of court. While Travis spoke confidently beforehand, that confidence did not translate in front of the judge. They advised their client she would only receive approximately $80 in child support. Instead, she is now required to pay over $600 per month which is a drastic and costly miscalculation. Their guidance and lack of preparation placed her in a very difficult position, one that a knowledgeable and experienced family law attorney is now working hard to correct. Additionally, when serious concerns were raised about the abusive father being around the children, they dismissively stated, “He doesn’t have to be father of the year.” That response was both alarming and inappropriate given the circumstances. Thousands of dollars were spent for inadequate representation and poor advice. I strongly encourage anyone seeking representation in a custody or domestic violence matter to look elsewhere.
