Absolutely horrible.

Attorney Benske is distracted/preoccupied in her work. She does not communicate nor does she respond. If you disagree with her she will fire you. Don't expect a refund. Don't waste your money. There are many attorneys out there.

Atty. Benske was very good representing me when Associate Atty. Rose went to another firm to practice corporate law. It’s easy to see that the staff makes a great team. Thank you.

I was able to accomplish what I wish, but the fears of a law firm trying to get you to spend as much as possible, were very clear here. It was incredibly difficult to get ahold of Paulette, and it was very hard to get information from anyone about the payment plans until it was too late.

I hired this firm for some relatively basic family life issues. They were completely inept in my opinion. What should’ve taken 30 to 60 days at most wasn’t accomplished in several months it’s as if they forgot about my file completely. In the end after they burned through the bulk of my retainer I ultimately decided to go with a different firm
