After arriving at a large hotel in Las Vegas to celebrate my 70th birthday with my husband and family, I fell in a pothole in the parking structure. The fall resulted in four broken bones, facial injuries and a bruised lung. The Hotel was awful about it and gave us no help at all. We were treated horribly by the hotel and so when we made it home, we decided to file a lawsuit. We mistakenly hired a large law firm in Las Vegas. After two extremely frustrating years we were informed that the Hotel declined to pay and they didn’t go to court??? ..So we found ourselves at another firm. Benson Allred Law. What an incredible difference. Our calls were always returned, the staff was incredible and dealing with both Mr Benson and Mr Allred was a pleasure. Our only regret is that we didn’t start with them. I absolutely recommend this law firm and I can’t thank them enough.

The experience I had with Mr Porter Allred has been nothing short of amazing. I had a complicated case that also had elements of workers comp. He set me up with a workers comp attorney that guided me through that whole process. I also had injuries that resulted in surgeries and Porter checked in on me regularly to see how I was doing, he felt more like a buddy than an attorney. After the workman’s comp case closed out Porter began helping me with my insurance case. He remained steadfast and persistent and all the while he was very positive and reminded me at times how fortunate I was to have not been more seriously injured or killed!!
