I don't have a positive history with attorneys so I tend to avoid hiring them...Luckily I got to know Phil while I was working in the food service industry and he became a local regular. I truthfully do not write alot of reviews online unless its something or someone that really went above and beyond expectations. Phil Berenz and his team at Berenz Law Network are those people and I would give them 6 stars if I could. I was involved in an accident as a passenger in the back of an uber that was rear ended and sustained injurys to my back and neck. It was my first time being an accident of this magnitude, going through physical therapy or ever needing a lawyer plus I had just moved to Chicago a month before. I found the firm through research online and other positive reviews so i contacted them when I got home from the hospital and worked with Wendy Costino from the beginning. She took so much time with me answering all my questions and concerns and walked me through the entire process. Phil stepped in once my physical therapy started and frequently went out of his way just to check on me to see how i was feeling emailing me at night and on the weekends. The other insurance company was extremely difficult through the entire process and Phils team never gave up for a second and kept fighting for me all the way to the end. They are wonderful people and i would recommend them to anyone going through something the same.
