I’ve been with this law firm for nine years, and my experience has been nothing but disappointment. They’ve consistently lied to me, hung up on me, and shown complete disrespect—cursing at me, laughing in my face, and dismissing my concerns. It often felt like they were working with the opposing side behind my back. Despite multiple requests, they’ve refused to send me my legal files and paperwork, ignoring my rights and acting very aloof. Their unprofessionalism and dishonesty have been infuriating, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

What’s the point of calling them when no one is around to actually help me

I wasted 5 years s of my life and getting federally investigated for only 9 grand after all that .I got only the medical care but told not exactly what was wrong with me and have felt guilt of crimes since then with bad nerve grafts that keep on intermittently moving .but steady I can still walk the streets and work now

I am basing my interaction with law firm since 5/3123. I had a rear end accident on the freeway. This law firm was great in the beginning, however, I'm the one who had to inquire on the status of my case. As time progressed, I was involved in an accident in the burbank empire Towne center, burbank, ca. A female hit me in the front, claiming it was my fault??? She hit me in the front, tearing My front bumper off. I was stopped, trying to find out where I was stopped, she collided into a stopped car. It took my law firmvover 2 months to decide the weren't going to take on the the new case. This law firm wanted me to give out my debit card information to retrieve my deductible. I researched myself, it was a bogus number. The insurance company 21st century aka farmers, just as bad!.I only wish I could give then a great review. Only good thing was the therapy & the staff that helped me in Glendale, ca TOP NOTCH DR"S OFFICE

Even after 5 years now, my case has never been resolved! I went to therapy for months because of a car accident and was never reimbursed for the time/ gas I spent. They sent my case to another attorney office Law of David Azizi after 2 years of supposedly fighting my car accident case and they also never concluded my case. The insurance only gave enough to pay the car for the total loss of my vehicle. Just a waste of my time calling them and asking for an update and getting transferred to different new and unexperienced attorneys. Please be aware and do not choose any of them as your car accident attorneys. They will spend years trying to resolve your case. I already gave up! Worst lawyers out there.

My attorney was John. I'm so grateful for his support and help with my case. I truly recommend his firm he really fights for you and does his best for you. This firm and staff is 5 stars indeed !!!!

I have used Berger and Michelena several times throughout time and I have never been disappointed with the outcome. Eliana has always been a great communicator and very friendly/helpful. I have referred them to several family and friends and everyone is happy!

Didn't really work much in my favor they money hungry settle for pennies just so they can get paid didn't take much to rush my case.
