Malosack was absolutely great! She reported the accident to the DMV right off the bat, I didn't know you had to do. She took care of all of the medical billing with Medicare since I'm retired. Anytime I had a question or called it was quickly answered. Since the other drivers had no insurance, she quickly gathered all the information, all the pictures, and everything that was needed to present a case to my insurance company. I met Robert in 2017 after my husband was picked up from our home by ICE agents. Robert was able to have my husband released on bail. Due to so many people that were being picked up by ICE that year then Covid, our court dates kept on getting pushed out. Robert always kept us informed and was always easy to be reached.
