Danny is a fellow Veteran so it was comforting to work with him. The staff at Berlin Law firm were also helpful. Thomas Scully was my attorney and won my case. He warned me it would take about 2 years and he was almost on the money 💰. It sounded like a large settlement three quarters of it was medical and locked away and controlled by a outside source. Several hearings. It was a lot to go through at times communication was bad. I dont think we were on the same page a lot of times but I do believe he is a highly skilled attorney. I was upset at the end though when I chose drive 2 hours to get my settlement check and Tom did not even come out to see me but had the paralegal give me my check and to this day I still have not heard from him, not even congratulations. I was upset and a bit hurt by that. I would recommend Tom, he will do the job.
