I would have given a 1 star but due to the cute Dog my wife made me give a 2 star. I Hate to give the “firm” itself a bad rating over just my experience with one attorney and their assistant. But sadly they both represent the firm. My Experience was simply not a good one, Thankfully the Workers comp carrier did not fight me on any of the treatment that their Drs recommended. The two people I dealt with were less than professional. I called with concerns and at one point the assistant disrespected me by laughing at my concerns and when I call the person out on it they flat out lied and denied ever laughing at me. Then the Attorney got on the phone and flat out called me a liar saying that person never laughed at me. I decided to end my case well before it was over with just to get away from these two people at the firm. I should have fired them that day I was called a liar but because it was within a month of mediation I decided to just go along with it. When it came to mediation my lawyer suggested we ask for XXX Which was VERY LOW. I instructed the attorney to ask for WAY more and I am glad I did. We ended up agreeing on more than what my attorney wanted to start at!! I get I will have to pay for my surgery and on going medical treatment but just thankful I am over this lawyer and their assistant. It’s sad that I felt the insurance company treated me with more respect than the Attorney that I was paying for did. I would never recommend this lawyer sadly the firm is guilt by association.
