I found Attorney Berman through a friend, so I thought I'll just post my experience here to pay it forward for anybody who needs an experienced and empathetic attorney. When my wife had the car accident with bodily injury about two years ago, I was calling a few attorneys. Attorney Berman is one of them. He is very patient and didn't rush me to sign any binding contract immediately, unlike the other two attorneys. Attorney Berman asked me about the accident in a very detailed manner and showed a lot of empathy. This is consistent through the entire process which just concluded about a month ago. Attorney Berman is also very experienced. He used his expertise and network to put forward a few critical recommendations. Initially we weren't 100% sure and again Attorney was very patient in the entire process explaining the pros and cons. Attorney Berman did a great job with my workmans comp case!!! Their firm is very knowledgeable with the whole process!! I had surgery, rehab and missed work. This review is LONG overdue and it should have written much sooner - 16 years sooner!! I was so fortunate to have been referred to Attorney Jon Berman when I had my initial auto accident in 2009. Both Attorney Berman and Attorney Russo were accommodating and genuine to me throughout my case in its entirety. The staff all treated me like family and was always knowledgeable in my case and what my needs were. Everyone in the office was kind, compassionate, and absolutely supportive. I had one heck of a terrible case, but was kept calm and in good hands with the team by my side! Fast forward a few years, and I was involved in another accident which I was unsure of my next steps. I reached out again to Attorney Berman and was guided perfectly through by he and team so that I may have a safe outcome in the end.
