Joe and Tammi did a great job! They handled everything necessary between the medical providers and me and made it easy! The best part was they negotiated aggressively and got me policy limits without going to court. They also negotiated the Workers’ Compensation lien down to about 10% of what it could have been! I highly recommend them!

I thought 3 stars was being generous but I hired this law firm after being in a hit and run accident at first they thought the other parties policy limit was low so I felt pushed aside when they found it was a lot higher than I instantly became a priority which I understand all lawyers are driven by money just made it so obvious with my case I was told I would be on my own with fighting for property damage they wouldn’t even help assist. I never received any type of update on the case I called after 6 months of them handling the case to see if there was an update and I was told the words “I don’t know and “there was nothing submitted to the insurance not even an offer on the table” they barely could get a response from the insurance company. I fired them and went with founders law who immediately took control of the whole case assisted me with property damage and was able to get max offers from the very difficult insurance company they also follow up with me every week or so. It sucks they would probably have to split the case profits with Bernardo law firm because it seems like this law firm really didn’t do any work and just wanted to collect off an easy win. Also Bernardo suggested I shouldn’t get surgery treatment because it would soak up the money when I suffered pretty bad injuries from the accident that left a bad taste. Hope they learned something from this after being fired

When I first moved to Fl. about 10 years ago I was injured in an accident. Not knowing anybody here I picked a building with a name out front. They didn't handle my type of problem but referred me to Bernardo Injury Law. They made me feel confident and got me what I deserved but more importantly I felt comfortable I was being helped by someone I could trust. Over the years I also referred them several times to others who were happy with their outcome. Recently I was seriously hurt while on vacation and I had no doubts where I was seeking help. They again achieved results beyond my expectations. His staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel like you matter. It's not about billboards and TV commercials it's about knowing you have a team looking out for you that you can trust and you know has your best interests first and foremost and that you are not just a file folder in a cabinet. If somebody hurts me again I know I will always trust Bernardo Injury Law.

(Tammie it's awesome and very helpful)needless to say going through an accident comes with a lot of stress, and concerns. I'm very grateful of the way they handled the case. Joe Bernardo takes time with your case and won't rush into settlement unless the offer it's reasonable. My family has have very bad experience with lawyers that take days to answer your questions and Joe will get back to you in a very reasonable time frame if he's not in the office. I was referred to Joe by a friend in 2001, needless to say it is 2021 and I still call him when family, friends or I need to obtain an attorney. I’ve seen cases where the client does all the foot work because the lawyer claims to be an “INJURY LAWYER ONLY”. Not Joe! Joe and his staff makes the case as smooth as possible for the client as they are already going through enough. The firm does most of the work making it so that the client can focus on treating and getting better. The best part about working with Joe is knowing that he won’t steer you wrong. He’s always available for questions and answers, that’s more than I can say for other lawyers that take DAYS to call you back.
