I want to thank Mr.Hough for taking the time to give me some insight on law even after his office was closed for 2 hours. This firm is honest, straight to the point and I wouldn’t call recommend them ANY DAY!!!!!

The legal representation I received from these partners was impeccable. I needed them to represent me in a different state and they made the process seamless. I have a busy schedule, and I was also concerned about costs, and the consequences of having "reckless driving" on my record. They got the fine and consequence reduced significantly. I retained the Bernstein Hough law firm to defend my daughter who was charged with reckless driving. I wanted an attorney who specialized in defending reckless driving cases, was familiar with Richmond Circuit Court, had at least 10 years of professional practice following law school graduation, and had graduated from a reputable law school. Mr. Hough satisfied these criteria. What most people don't realize is how important the paralegal, or legal assistant is, for the client. Mr. Hough’s legal assistant, Jennifer, was conscientious, knowledgeable, and responded quickly to my phone calls/e-mails. The law team suggested that my daughter do 3 things in preparation for her trial. First, she was to provide them with a short biographical sketch that could be presented to the court. Secondly, she was to complete a 12 hour defensive driving course and provide the legal team with certification of completion. Finally, she was to obtain letters of character support from her employers and colleagues. At the trial my daughter went to the wrong courtroom, and never heard her name called by the officer of the court. Mr. Hough represented her without her physically being in the courtroom. Remarkably, the case was dismissed, and she was not responsible for any court fees. I will definitely contact this legal team again in the future if I need their help.

I cannot speak for anyone else. I can only speak from myself. All I can say is that prayer really helps. Also making sure that you have a great attorney and judge for that day. But I can say that Paula , was amazing she represented me in a way where I really felt heard. Paula did a phenomenal job today in court, I have no complaints about their services. Jenn Is an amazing paralegal once you send her everything she will make sure whoever is representing you in court will have it in hand during that day. The only thing I can say is make sure you do what they ask of you, come well dressed, and make sure you are willing to be open and honest about your life. Mr. Hough and his legal assistant were both extremely helpful, accommodating, and worked with me on some last minute documents. They were able to offer good pre court advice, showed up promptly and professionally to court, and followed up with me afterwards to help me pay the court costs I owed. They also helped me to get a suspension order against someone dangerous. I recommend this firm and would hire them again, although I hope my future avoids the court.
