Absolutely terrible experience dealing with this firm on our flood claim. They slowed down the process and contributed no value whatsoever to a very painful dreaded experience. They acted simply as an intermediary and caused a slower and more delayed insurance payout. They made sure they got paid through for doing absolutely nothing that the adjuster wouldn't have already done. Do not waste your insurance payout proceeds on them.
