My experience with this firm left me feeling disappointed and underserved. A significant portion of the billed time seemed to go toward modifying pre-written documents, rather than providing proactive legal strategy or strong advocacy. While multiple professionals may be involved in a case, the attorney retained should be focused on the client’s best interests — not on maintaining relationships within the court system. One of the most concerning aspects was a lack of follow-through and accountability. Key information discussed in earlier conversations was later denied, raising serious questions about transparency and integrity. There was also noticeable internal disorganization, including the turnover of multiple staff members during the time I was represented. This contributed to a lack of continuity and added stress throughout an already difficult process. This review isn’t written out of bitterness — it’s shared so others can make informed decisions when choosing legal representation. Strong communication, consistency, and honest advocacy matter, and unfortunately, I didn’t consistently experience those qualities here.

Michelle is extremely professional, knowledgeable and experienced. She has helped me, my family and several of my friends. She cares about her clients and will help you. She is the best! You won’t find a better lawyer. She also is amazing at helping men in divorce cases get fair custody and rights. She has a great record! Highly recommend Michelle and Berry Cannon Crawford & Macaw!

Definitely don't recommend expecting to receive any sort of good outcome when hiring Macaw, still trying to undo the damage that was done.

Stay away from this law firm they will reb you off. a divorce case cost us $60,000 and they still asking for money even the case is closed. My opinion to those who’s trying to file for custody deal with your wife or your girlfriend and save the money for the kids. Instead hiring a lawyer that will reb you off. One star is to much.
