While I understand that not every case can be accepted, the tone of the response felt unnecessarily curt and unhelpful. A little compassion and guidance would have gone a long way, especially for someone navigating a difficult legal situation. If you're considering contacting this firm, be prepared for a potentially cold and impersonal response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bertelson Law Offices, PA for anyone seeking empathetic or supportive legal counsel.

I retained Beth Bertelson with the support of Andrea Ostapowich three months ago, late February of 2020. I had a time sensitive matter that required immediate attention.
