As you can imagine, having your license (that is not only something that took years of dedication and hard work to obtain but is also your livelihood) in jeopardy is terrifying and my world as I knew it felt stripped away. This place is a joke!!! They will take your money and then some more and tell you they are working on your behalf. Ha!!! They work for the state against you to get the most billable hours while they do nothing! This firm is incompetent and greedy. Don’t let them represent you for anything!!! I found another lawyer (way less money) and got my case dismissed when Troy said it wasn’t possible. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

This is an amazing law firm. Every exchange or contact I had with the staff was always a positive interaction. Troy was great to work with. He made it a point to be fair, realistic, and compassionate in this entire situation. While the legal process is historically and presently a complex world, Troy always remained calm and engaged with juggling those complexities. His commitment to the case, took some of the stress off of me as I knew he was not letting anything fall through the cracks.

I did not receive services from this law firm and only called to inquire about an issue i had but the person on the phone was not all to friendly to help me and they do free consultations but only if you talk to someone else other than a lawyer which I find strange. I only needed 5-10 minutes to talk with a lawyer but the person on the phone kept denying me that a lawyer can help me and supposedly clients abuse the free consults with lawyers. Maybe they are a good law firm and just dont know it? But just from that experience honestly I wouldn't do business with them. Update: I called back and the same gentlemen picked up but he was friendlier and nicer on the phone but unfortunately the issue still stands where I couldn't get that consult with a lawyer for free. Changing from 1 to 3 star review since his customer service was better.
