I was in a tough spot, getting a ticket on my way to work. Mr Besen was able to get it reduced from a serious violation to an unsafe moving violation. I would’ve had 5 points on my perfect driving record, but thankfully I only have 2 points. Thank you for going to court for me and speaking to the district attorney. I didn’t have to lose hours from my job to appear in court. Very grateful!

Mr. Belsen was able to help me avoid a moving violation for going past a road closure on River Road. I traveled about 500 yards on the road where there was no ongoing construction to turn right into Beverly Hills. No DOT personnel were on the road at the time I went around the closure sign. A condition of the dismissal was that I complete an on line defensive driving course. I did successfully complete it and learned some safe driving practices. Mr. Belsen’s legal secretary was very helpful and explained exactly what I needed to do to comply with the Court’s order. She also kept me current on the progress of the case. I highly recommend this law firm. kept me up o date on the progress of my case.

On the new date, Mr. Besen was able to get my speeding ticket dismissed completely. I was so worried about the ticket, but Mr. Besen and Kendra immediately made me feel like I was in safe hands. They took care of everything painlessly and easily. Hopefully I never get another ticket, but if I do, I know who I'm calling for help. I can't recommend them enough!
