Best lawyer I could recommend to anyone in need. 100% on your side. Trent besse handled my workers compensation case for almost 7 years, (it took that long due to my treatment taking years, then covid shutting everything down) with the utmost diligence. He treated everything I needed done from pre authorization for prescriptions to treatments as if it were for one of his own family members. He fought for me, not with me. Never once had I expected this type of help much less the level of support emotionally and mentally. Someone I could truly count on knowing he had my best interests in mind. -A Edit: to the owners response it was night and day with Trent helping my case went from during TTD checks arriving 3 weeks late after "being lost in the mail" over and over again, being made to see a few quack Dr's by workers comp & Trent helped tremendously with that and with the settlement I have no doubt without him I probably would have went through the faster kansas side vs the Missouri side (my case had dual jurisdiction for anyone seeing this) and im sure i would have just taken the capped amount for kansas and been screwed luckily having Trent on my side helped me make it through to see it to the end with the settlement being reached shortly before trial after the first round of negotiations were almost offensively low offers but with trents professional guidance we got it to a much higher number and made sure to get a just as high of a number for the MSA which since I haven't talked to Trent in a while I just used the msa to get my spinal cord stimulator replaced 2 months ago after the first one reached the end of the line and without your help I wouldnt have been able to do that, also I may require your services for a family member soon I will let you know! Again best attorney you could ask for he cares and advocates for your best interests not just like some of these lawyers that want to settle quick and get their cut which i wont lie I told Trent about the first lawyer I spoke to and thags what the first guy wanted to do, and Trent said if I can bare it to stick with it because my case was worth so much more!
