Betz and Baril is helping me with the Mastercard/Visa/Discover settlement that has been ongoing for a while now. Every couple of months, I have gotten an update call from either Addison or Charity, just to keep me in the loop of how things are progressing. I had been struggling to get approved for disability for several years. This lawfirm won my case for me even after Keller and Keller dropped my case. I was awarded 5+ yrs backpay but that was in April and I still haven't received my backpay. SS just keeps telling me it's at the payment processing center waiting on them to process it. Don't know what else I'm supposed to do at this point

My attorney NEVER returned my phone calls nor emails!!! I hadn't heard from them in 2 yrs. Then they dropped me as a client!!! Thanks for nothing!!
