Rude! I have been dealing with my now deceased father's case! And this is all very complicated! And they don't make this easier!

Received a letter from them and I never contacted them , How did they get my name and address for compensation for asbestos exposure . I have no clue who this is, but it sounds like an ambulance chasers.

They do not return phone calls

I got referred by a law firm in Columbus, long story short nobody got back to me I had to keep calling only to get the run around!

I was first contacted through the mail in April of 2021 for Asbestos exposure. I was just sent for an exam by their doctor which was setup at a Hotel in the area. The exam by the doctor was very short, about 10 minutes, including the X-Rays and all questions asked. After about 6 months or so, I was finally sent settlement amounts. When I looked at the amounts, I was shocked. I called and was told by Lilli that the amounts will vary and the attorney fees were taken out already. I received my first check after waiting 2 months, not bad. LOL, as Attorney fees came to 33% and the doctors fees I was told were around $597.00. I called and was told that the small settlement amounts did not include these fess. The doctor if seeing 1000 clients as they did a mass exam at the hotel would be over $500,000. I'll be lucky to get $1,400 after the fees are taken out from 8 settlements. Very disappointed, as I had been running around getting letters notarized and sent back as soon as I could. I was also told that 3 doctors looked at my X-Rays and only 1 found the scarring on my lungs which I was diagnosed with in the early 80's.

Unfortunately I had to give one star just to give a post, for those who are so thankful and thrilled with the success of this company, good for you. But lily is very RUDE to be in the profession she’s in, very short patient not taking the time in explaining how this or that works. This is new to me and not explaining how this asbestos bankruptcy trust works is very unprofessional especially when she and bevins & bevins will get paid ; I could understand if they wasn’t. When reading what they claimed to have helped clients on there website, paying out to the surviving spouse, I haven’t received anything nor compensated for the physical and emotional pain my family has suffered.

Hello to attorneys at this agency. With much respect I have heard good things about your agency. but Problem is I have been calling for over one year regarding my dad's asbestos claim. In fact over a year ago a Lilly called me and sent a letter to call you. Each time I called she was rude and has been absolutely no help. And it is now over a year. I pray you are aware of this employee and her unprofessionalism. Sad when I am calling about a death to be treated in such a way.

I got injured on the job and the company I worked for admitted 100% fault but this lawyer is so horrible, I never got a penny nor did he get me any therapy. Years later, I’m still having trouble sleeping ect…. The lawyer has never once talked to me in all of these years. You can see why.

Everyone at this office has been efficient, caring, knowledgeable, and on top of things. My deceased husband had dealings with them and he was always satisfied…

Joke! Waited for 4 days for a call back, never got one. Very disappointed 😞 Would not recommend
