He did his job. He was great. A 94 year old hired him because one of his daughters was trying to say her father was battling early signs of dimencha. Earnest Freeman too old to battle early signs of dimencha. The age of people who may show early signs of dimencha is 50s to 60s. They are rare akcatins again rare 30s. Mr Freeman won his case. I highly recommend this atterny for anyone who has adult children trying to take advantage them.

Caused a lot more drama in my pfa/custody case then was required, didn’t fight for me during pfa, so he could start charging for the custody fight, don’t waste your money.

My wife retained Attorney Bever for a custody hearing that she filed in order to allow her children to see their father …The day of the hearing, Attorney Bever had no questions in defense … my wife taught her 5 year old son to read and do math… she doesn’t drink or smoke… has never had a court case… but the children’s father and stepmother both have cases… and my wife lost primary residential custody!!! And She Filed… David Bever claimed to be friends with the Judge for over 20 years… said he knows how the judge operates… although said that he didn’t have time to search for any police or case documents regarding the children’s fathers charges … he even charged to send simple emails! Attorney Bevers Has been non responsive since the court hearing in May…and the documents came back from the judge on 8/25 and we still haven’t received the paperwork or even a better call. I Do Not Recommend this attorney for any service… Please keep looking for a better attorney… not this Guy.

I too think this attorney and his paralegal are scammers. I got 1 call to initiate the costs of service and an appointment made. From that point on no calls were ever returned. I did a drive by of address they said office was and no signs and when I left a message I wanted a return call before I pay for consultation Never heard from them again. Brandi was very nice to talk to but didn’t do a very good job communicating. Save your money n time and DO NOT use this Fake Attorney. Call Tunnell & Raysor if you want professional representation. I did !!!!!

Wish I could minus stars. Doesn't return client calls . Charges for voice mails that aren't responded to. Paralegal was the only one who seemed to help me with anything. Shame I just couldn't hire her If you want a Lawyer who is available and who will do the leg work and not expect you to do it for him. Please do not hire this nan. Or you will end up doing most of the work yourself Lesson learned

If you are a minority do not waste your time. You have to constantly call to follow up about your case or to get any information because he does not reach out like a lawyer is supposed to. He nickel and dime you for every little thing that most lawyers don't and when you get the bill you cant figure out what the hell he did that was so costly. He also seems to get annoyed when you ask questions that you should already have the answer to but don't because of the lack of communication and on top of it they have no clue what is going on with your case. It's like the patslegal might as well represent you. If you are a minority he seems to act like you dont matter like you cant afford to pay what non minority folks pay. Dont waste your time nor money!
