My grandmother is 93 and physically disabled. She wanted to give my mother power of attorney but had difficulty getting out of the rehabilitation facility to a notary public office to get the papers notarized. This kind attorney came at the end of his workday. He chatted with my grandmother for 30 minutes to make sure she was of sound mind and in fact wanted to give power of attorney to my mother.
