Horrible lawyer!! wont return calls, forgets appointments,and late to court. He was so disorganized and lazy that our judge was visibly annoyed!!!! (we paid the price for that in court, thanks Jay!) He does not care about your case once he is paid, his m/o is "settle quickly". His favorite thing to do is deny fault of his own, he has no creditably. Always says something like, "hmm, never heard that before...you must be mistaken" even when you present the proof of the conversation YOU JUST HAD WITH HIM IN WRITING!!!!! There are so many other lawyers in RI and we had the misfortune of hiring Jay. Update: ( It was you who represented me no question and impossible to mistake but nice attempted save in the review comments. Plausible deniability is your M/O Jay. )
