By far the biggest mistake we made was hiring Bill Bianco. He loves to bill for his time but gives sloppy legal advice, is disorganized and seems to have less understanding of the situation than his clients do. Trust all the reviews you're reading here. We wish we had.

If I could put negative stars I would! Both "featured" lawyers here are worse than a joke. They absolutely make promises they do not keep and will hand you over on a silver platter to the opposing side. My child is put further into danger because of their lack of common sense (let alone legal sense) to call the child's therapist for a letter the therapist wanted to write on the child's behalf. The list goes on. But they aren't worth the time. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.

Bill Bianco of the law firm Bianco Stroh, LLC in Omaha is one of the worst lawyers I’ve ever encountered during 28 years of being an attorney. I referred a client to him as a courtesy and he spent months overbilling and insulting my client and his team while providing false information and failing to meet deadlines. He was rude, unprofessional, and wasted many hours of our time over a period of months. After my client fired him, I had a duty to report him to the Nebraska Counsel for Discipline to reprimand him for his unethical conduct. Stay away from this attorney and if he committed legal malpractice against you, report him to the Counsel for Discipline!

My husband hired Bill Bianco to represent him on a lawsuit he was filing against someone. During the time Bill represented him I have never seen my husband so stressed and anxious. He kept saying I think my own lawyer is working against me. Finally after months of Bill doing nothing my husband fired him. He has now found a great lawyer and is so much happier. Of course not before being lied too and mistreated. Please do not hire Bill Bianco!

Bill Bianco is the worst lawyer in Nebraska! I am going to try and keep this as short as possible, but considering all the incomprehensible things Bill Bianco did or didn't do with my case that won’t be easy. I have needed lawyers many times in my business career of 25+ years. In this time, I have had some pretty bad lawyers but none of them were nearly as horrible as Bill Bianco. I have had opposing lawyers treat me better than he did as my lawyer. After 4 months of malpractice, disrespect and ethical violations I fired him. This review is the first of many things I have planned for him. Next I am reporting Bill to the Counsel for Discipline to be reprimanded and I am also suing him for my legal fees plus damages. From overcharging me for work he didn't do, to disrespecting myself, my experts and my other attorneys it was beyond bad. You would be better off representing yourself than hiring Bill Bianco. If you’ve had problems with him please reach out to me I may be able to help you. This guy should not be allowed to practice law ever again!!!

Bill Bianco is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful when dealing with my mother's estate after she unexpectedly passed away. Even though I live out of state, he was able to answer all questions and resolve any issues, and I appreciate the time he took to explain the various aspects of the process.

Absolutely corrupt. I was charged for many things he did not do or refused to communication. For exame to review a settlememt offer that he NEVER GAVE TO ME!!! He refused to answer my questions but would answer questions I did not ask. So many underhanded tactics to mislead. He cancelled a trial date without telling me, stole thousands from me AFTER I fired him and took weeks doing so. Flippant mocking instead of advising on issues. I caught him in numerous lies from one paragraph to the next he would speak out of both sides of his mouth. He's dishonest, illegal and corrupt. He created a far bigger issue.

Bill is an amazing attorney. I should have gone to him with my divorce. With this recent series of unfounded allegations against me, Bill presented the facts which quickly dismissed what was being said against me. Everything worked in my favor and going forward Bill will be my go to. I highly recommend him and have nothing but positive things to say about his demeanor, representation and professionalism.

If I could save people the time and the research and expensive and the long term damaged it is worth making this post .(even if you have a lawyer insurance especially avoid this place ).. to someone that is supposed to represent you and defend me .. cost me even more damaged Due to his late response or not responding at all most of the time.. I was made to look like a person that was not trying to cooperate in a timely manner respond to people involved with the case Called me one business day before my even first Court .. Yes because it was an inconvenience court date that was given to me at no fault of my own .. And just because it was easier/convenient to him to just drop the case one business day before court .. it was easy for him to say you can get a public defender .. I want it my own lawyer and not someone working for the government my mistake and I am going to pay for For it ... I just wanted to keep it clean record And because of allegations nothing ever physically nothing ever harmful but just simply allegations By simply he said she said .. Case ...

Doesn’t even deserve that one star but Reasonable price. But very unprofessional when we were actually in court. Waste of money. Never showed any discoveries in court of everything I spent my money on as an attorney. Worst experience. Messed up on my case & trying to make me pay to rehire him to fix what he messed up on ( makes sense right? ) wouldn’t recommend even if he was the last attorney available in town. I guess you get what you pay for right 🤣 joke is on me

Bill helped us with our family Will and Testament for a very reasonable price. Has also been very helpful in the adoption case for my daughter. Need a great lawyer - Call Bill.

Bill helped us with legal work when we established Sign-O-vation over two years ago. I called today to ask a question figuring I would need to leave a message and hope to get a call back. I was able to talk to him immediately and got my question answered. I was very impressed.

My experience with Bill Bianco was minimally acceptable. I never got the feeling he was fully committed to our case, in which my daughter was bit by a loose dog. On several occasions, I would ask direct questions via email and receive no answer. This is just completely unprofessional behavior. During our settlement negotiations, the insurance adjuster asked if we had looked into a scar revision surgery. Bill forwarded the question over to us, at which time we scheduled a consultation with a plastic surgeon. The plastic surgeon claimed the surgery would cost 10K. The settlement was increased by 10K immediately. Why on earth didn't Bill have us do this before being asked by the insurance adjuster? Thankfully we were working with a pretty noble insurance adjuster. If it wasn't for the insurance adjuster, I am certain Bill wouldn't have had us look into scar revision surgery. Unfortunately, the letter the doctor wrote was very unprofessional. It was a non-formatted single paragraph letter without a letterhead or a doctor's signature. In hindsight, I should have questioned it. Bill did send the letter back to the doctor for a signature, but he should have probably questioned the quality of the letter as well given its overall lack of information. This is what I would expect from any advisor charging THOUSANDS of dollars for his or her expertise. The surgery quote was less than half of what it cost in reality. The surgery had no complications. There is no doubt in my mind the doctor just threw something together and never actually called the hospital and anesthesiologist to get actual quotes. With the prices lawyers demand, I expect them to be thorough and expertly guide people through the process. While we did get through the process, I believe Bill Bianco probably cost my daughter at least 10K in her personal injury lawsuit. I would never use Bill Bianco in the future, and would not recommend him. I am giving him 2 stars because we did actually get some kind of resolution. I am sure I could have had a worse experience.

Bill has advised, consulted, and guided me on several legal and business issues. He has been ever the professional but not at the expense of being personal. From business establishment to divorce to business partner issues to IRS lobbying, he has, every time, steered me in the right direction. I'm a true believer in "you can pay me now or pay me later" to get the job done correctly. It's unwise to pay too much but just plain stupid to pay too little.

Mr. Bianco was very professional and helpful assisting my family and I through a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend his services!

Bianco Stroh is an outstanding law firm. I have personally known Bill for many years and have interacted with him professionally on numerous occasions. Bill is intelligent, well-learned, civic-minded and extremely compassionate. In my opinion, his biggest strengths come from his commitment to families, small businesses and the Omaha community. He is also invested professionally, and contributes on a regular basis, to higher education, as a long-time educator in Business Law at Creighton University; and also has experience with international business law. When I think of Bianco Stroh, I think of competency and compassion. The Omaha community is fortunate to have this legal firm and Bill Bianco among its active business and civic leadership ranks.
