I met with Kim Lubinski for a consultation and she was great, she answered all my question and is able to handle what I need done very easily. She explained everything to me very effectively. I feel very confident that what I need to have done will be done accurately. Kim was very friendly and made me feel at ease right off the bat. I would highly recommend this law firm.

These folks were really nice until they got their money. Then crickets. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Excellent law firm! I had received my first traffic ticket in YEARS and Matthew was able to get it dismissed for me. I was beyond greatful. Everything was so simple too, which I appreciated. I gave him my ticket and he handled the rest. I used Kimberly Lubinski as well for a probate estate for my grandfather. She was very caring and patient with my family. These little things are so important when you lose a loved one. I would definetly recommend Kim, Matt ,and this firm to a friend/family member! The staff is very friendly to deal with as well. :)

Warning this company will lie to you and steal your money. By far the worst experience I’ve had with any attorney. They told me on the phone it would take 30 days to evict a woman from my home. It’s been over 4 months and they still haven’t even got me a court date yet. They served a 30 day notice to quit that I had already served prior so it was done twice . When I call no answer when I e mail all I get is replies from his secretary telling me. If I think I can do it better than do it myself. Well I have done it myself in less than half the time it takes them but I paid for a service and I want what I paid for. I didn’t give them 900$ to send out a notice to quit that I had already done. I will be going to the bar association to report them and show the unprofessional nasty Emails they sent me.

If u are in a position for anything Estate related with a passing of a loved one this is the firm for you, My scenario is a difficult situation with siblings fighting me for things that have to go thru courts and Mathew Bieber and his staff has continued to put in in a positive way for me to be very confident in the process.

I am disappointed on the way Mr. Bieber updated my estate planning documents. Due to a health crisis, we decided to review the documents and found errors in both the Wills and the Second Amendment for the Trust. The Second Codicil for the Will states “this is my first codicil” not second which now voids out this document for both my husband and I. For the Trust, he missed the update on “My Family” either though it was updated on the Second Codicil for the Wills. Three attempts were made to have this corrected with no response. Now I have to either update it myself or engage another attorney. As for my son’s estate, him and his staff were great and I thank them for that. If you have them update your estate documents, please proof them before signing and leaving the office. Once you leave, it will be very difficult to get them to correct the errors.
