Honestly have no words for how appreciative I am of Big Ben. I came into this whole thing not knowing anything. The last place I hired wasn't keeping me informed, wasn't working towards my best interests. As soon as I hired Big Ben, everything moved insanely quick, got them to admit fault within days whereas the last company was on it for a month and had zero answers. To start off by saying the least Steven and Ben worked rapidly and quickly on my case and they didn’t settle until I was happy. My crash happened July 10 2025 I had a small time lawyer working on my case because I had used him a few years prior recommended by a family friend. I had finished my chiropractic treatment and I still hadn’t received compensation for my damages to my vehicle, so I took it upon myself to go with Dan Newlin a “big time” lawyer that I knew for sure would get me BIG BUCK$$$ boy was I wrong the Dan Newlins representative Jason Grundorf wasn’t any better to say the least I gave him ample amount of time and opportunity to represent me in a respectful, reasonable and timely manner he did not exceed expectations so he too was replaced. Third times a charm I thought to myself I’ve never heard of “Big Ben” Law firm ever but by the first point of contact I knew this firm would be the one for me. I sent over my information October 27th 2025 and November 10th 2025 I received my check for my damages on my vehicle. That also was a big plus for me they hadn’t had my case 30 days and they did what 2 other lawyers couldn’t or wouldn’t do they even let me know that the other lawyers never sent the insurance company over my police report which clearly states the other driver was at fault which was the reason for me not getting my compensation for the damages to my car sooner. Not only did my other two lawyers Jon Benezette and Dan Newlins representative ( Jason Grundorf) try to hinder me and my case and even Ben and Steven by not sending over any of my case information, Ben and Steven had to get my case and basically work everything from scratch and was able to get my case wrapped up as of January 20 2026 and I am very pleased with my compensation from my injuries and my overall experience with my lawyers thank you guys sm from the bottom of my heart!! Go BEN or GO HOME !!!!
