Let me start out by saying that Bigger & Harman are the Ultimate Professionals!!! These guys know exactly what they are doing and will execute to best of their ability to get rid of your ticket! I am a truck driver for 5 years now, I got my first speeding ticket going down highway 58 coming from Tehachapi. The CHP officer was using lidar and was waiting at the bottom of the hill, I was behind 5 truckers that where all on each others rear ends and were stabbing there brakes and just creating a hazard going down this steep downgrade hill, so then I took the initiative to get away from these truckers and not burn out/ catch my brakes on fire. I was 80k pounds max weight limit, I right away decided that I won’t be behind a bunch of truckers jamming their brakes and almost rear ending each other. I beat them all going faster than usual. CHP caught me and didn’t care about my story and wrote me a citation. Lucky for me, my friend got 3 tickets in Bakersfield/ Kern County and he got all of them got dismissed, and guess who he used……… Bigger & Harman Law Firm :) In conclusion, if your a truck driver and get a ticket, don’t be frightened or frustrated, Contact Bigger & Harman, they will keep your record clean and make your ticket disappear like it never happened.
