Kathy, the receptionist, was very patient and helpful. Every time I called she made sure to answer my questions and kept me updated when it came to my case. I am grateful that they were here to help me out.

Biggs Law firm is a joke. Before you pay them they are always there to answer calls and follow up with you. Once you pay, they disappear. No one ever calls you back or does anything. It's been about 2 years with them and they literally have done nothing!!!!!! Unless you want to just donate money to them, i suggest you find someone else. Literally anyone else!!!!!

I would not recommend this law firm. They are unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Despite speaking with the receptionist who promises a callback, you will be left waiting indefinitely. Save yourself the trouble and avoid wasting your time, as you'll likely find yourself continuously chasing them for a response.

After reading some of the reviews I’m actually quite fine with the fact that I couldn’t retain Biggs Law as an attorney, so let’s start with the receptionist Kathy, I first reached out February 1st, I explained the urgency in my situation and left all possible contact information and I was told Mr. Biggs would reach out to me as soon as possible, days go by and I call again because no one has reached out and once again he was not available nor did he return any calls, during the month of February alone I inquired a total of 3 times and from there I left it alone until a few days ago I decided to try again as my court date was quickly approaching, I was informed that he was pretty busy and out of town but was referred to another lawyer named Tricia Perry who doesn’t answer the phone … at all. Kathy told me to give Tricia a call and if I could not reach her to reach back out to see what she could possibly do to help, I took her advice and did just that but when I called back she acted as if she didn’t say a thing and basically told me to keep trying the non working number to the other attorney. Needless to say it’s been months and I never heard Mr. Biggs voice once and he never took the time out to even consult with me after I was referred to him through the Texas Bar Association, if you have no interest in taking new clients on you should remove yourself from the registry. I understand his case load is probably pretty heavy but if your receptionist is saying one thing and you’re doing another then it’s obvious there may be some issues within in regards to communication. It almost seemed pretty dismissive as if they didn’t need or want my business. I have no record and definitely not a rude, mean or malicious person I found myself in a bit of trouble and just wanted to go over my options, my advice to you is that if you have a pressing legal matter and you’re looking for someone personable and dependable you should probably read these reviews and then after that, keep scrolling and find you somebody else 🤷🏽‍♀️

I highly recommend Travis Biggs and his team to anyone seeking legal counsel. Mr. Biggs has provided me with excellent guidance and legal representation in two separate cases over the last 10 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicative and personable at all times. His legal assistant, Kathy, is also amazing! Kathy is Travis' long time employee who is always available, ready to listen, knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do. I've always been treated well and acknowledged. If you want an attorney and a firm that you can trust, that is reliable and that make you feel at ease, give them a call!

One of the most thorough lawyers I've ever met. Mr. Biggs helped me win my case, and kept me informed and educated throughout the whole process. I am so thankful to have met him. I have been to numerous attorneys in and around Denton, Texas, for the last 6 years. Intimately acquainted with at least seven. Associated with fourteen if I include all of them. Some of them were supposed "super lawyers" and most have been practicing law for well over 10 years. Mr. Biggs is the ONLY attorney that actually has been helpful, courteous, and treated my legal needs with respect. He gives liberally of his time, and in comparison with the other attorneys, his fees are very reasonable; you get something for your money unlike others I have been to. He also is empathetic and caring. I also like the fact that his office is no frills and low overhead. More can be given to his clients needs legally and financially than to some penthouse office space and gilded gold furniture. Both my wife and I are very pleased with Mr. Biggs and hope that he continues his fine services for years to come.

Travis Biggs is an outstanding, trustworthy attorney with real empathy for his clients. He did everything within his power to legally protect my rights and help get the best outcome possible for me in my situation. Extremely happy with his services and would recommend him to anyone that asks. Not sure why the other review was so negative, but sometimes the outcome of a situation has many factors determining it. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Biggs for any of my legal needs.

Travis Biggs is highly unethical. He talks in circles and only wants your money. He claimed to be a family attorney just for the money and lost me custody of my baby boy. He totally took advantage of me. Never go here.
