He was confident, clever and creative throughout the trial. Not only did he do an amazing job representing me and winning my case— he was such a pleasure to be around. He gave thorough explanations, patiently answered my many questions, and helped keep me calm during a stressful trial. The judge and the opposing council were both so impressed by his ability to build rapport and create a good atmosphere in the courtroom. Everything positive is fake. He's a bottom feeder. When he loses his license, which is inevitable, he will die of alcohol poisoning.

The. Worse. Ever. A young family desperately needed Cory's services and he never responded to their numerous calls. Nor was he man enough to respond to let them know he was unable to take their case. Shameful.

I was referred to Cory by an attorney that had dropped my case. That attorney had only the highest opinion of Cory and has used him for when he needed representation. From reading his bio to meeting him for the first time, it's clear that he is a real person that has a firm grasp on the struggles of the injured with one hand and a firm grasp on the law with the other hand. I had a case that was very complicated and had been accepted and rejected by numerous attorneys. When he agreed to take me on, it was the eleventh hour of the statute of limitations and he came across as entirely undaunted. He asked questions that none of the other (six or more) attorneys I'd met with had ever brought up, he truly listened to what I had to say, took the time to understand the parts he was less familiar with, and offered the kind of advice and counsel you would expect from him if you were related. Cory clearly wants to help people and hasn't lost sight of that after law school. He was there to answer my questions and be my compass through some rough waters, even when there was nothing in it for him in return. If you want someone that is sharp, responsive, personable, makes you feel like you're their only client, and truly cares about you and your outcomes as a person he should be the only call you make. I only wish he practiced every sort of law so that I could only ever use him for my legal needs. His staff is also very responsive, organized, and kind. They're organized, using technology to both their advantage and that of their clients. This team works together well. In the past I have experienced attorneys and firms that tell you everything you want to hear in order to get you to sign and then the level of service and competency plummets once you're on board. As I near the anniversary of my auto accident (June 2016), I'm reminded of how fortunate I was to discover the Bilton Law Firm during a time of frustration and how fantastic Cory Bilton is to work with! Despite my auto insurance wrongfully finding me at fault, Cory believe in me/my story and we ultimately reached a settlement. Through the duration of the 3-year case, Cory was consistently patient, extremely responsive by phone and email, and overall very pleasant to work with. I knew I was in good hands when Cory voluntarily visited the scene of the accident on his bike heading home after work. I could not recommend working with Bilton Law Firm more. I had a bike accident in April 2018 where I collided with a car. This left me without front teeth or a functioning bicycle. It also cost me about 10k. I met with Cory Bilton shortly after and he quickly made me feel taken care of and in capable hands. Throughout the entire process I was kept in the loop and given realistic expectations for times and figures. I was also talked to like a real person, not just a client. I was happy to pay their fees at the end given how easy they'd made the whole process and how much work they took off of my hands. Though I hope no one ends up needing their services, if you do need someone--this is where to go.

Great lawyer I’m glad I got them

This firm was recommended to me by a colleague that used their services. The reference was that Cory Bilton is the one lawyer who you need to hire in case of any bicycle accident. And that reference was correct. It was a great experience and pleasure to working with Cory on my case. He took care of all of the details and at the same time kept me informed. All of the questions with insurance companies and medical service providers were solved in a timely manner and in the case of emergency Cory responded fast and effective, so I did not need to worry about anything or wait for the solution. I hope that neither I nor those who I know will get any traumatic experience on DMV roads, but if this happens, Cory Bilton will be my only recommendation.
