I highly recommend Erika Birch and her team at Strindberg and Scholnick. Everybody on Erika's team was easy to work with, knowledgeable and accessible. On the rare occasions I had to stop by the office, even the attorneys I was not working with were very kind and helpful. They delivered above and beyond my expectations. Whenever I asked for a status update, I got one within 24 hours and what I saw from their status updates was a team of very competent people working very hard for me. I once requested a status update late on a Friday afternoon and was not expecting a response until Monday or Tuesday; somebody from the office got back to me at 6:00 that evening. I felt my opinions were valued and they took notice of all things great and small. When I had doubts, they reassured me and pointed me in appropriate directions. If I didn't understand something, they always took the time to explain and I felt they took into consideration any gaps in my knowledge and explained them to me in a professional and kindly manner. Erika always knows her stuff and doesn't let noise and distractions get in the way of what is really the issue. Erika and her team had empathy but established realistic expectations. Don’t waist your time or money here. The secretary has a horrible attitude, and it’s nearly impossible to get someone to email or call you back.
