I was extremely fortunate to have been a client of Bisnar Chase. I was referred to Bisnar Chase by my nephew, he’d used them twice. My paralegal was Maria and she was really great about keeping me updated on what was going on. The other guy’s car insurance was a nightmare but Maria and my attorney Tom handled them perfectly! I was in a motorcycle accident in March. I suffered a broken shoulder and a minor back injury. I called Gavin Long because he had recently been in the news for a million-dollar motorcycle settlement. Gavin was great and really strategic. On at least 3 occasions, the insurance company tried to say I was partly at fault so they could reduce the amount I would get. Gavin took my case to court and refused to settle. And he won!  I also have to give a shoutout to Maria because she took care of so many things on my case and kept me posted constantly - and it was a lot!  I'd also add, you have to be patient. These accident cases are a lot of back and forth and if your lawyer settles fast, beware.
