I had an excellent experience with Bison Law Firm. In my first consultation they made me feel listened to and understood. They gave personal attention in this difficult situation. They explained the process and updated me as needed. From the time they took my case until the result they handled the bill collectors and, most importantly, the difficult opposing insurance company. They took it off my hands and did all the hard work so I could focus on healing. I felt supported start to finish. I highly recommend Mark Van Paasschen and Karen Brady.

My husband and I were in a semi accident in ‘23. We called several offices and most told us that we didn’t have enough known injuries or else they didn’t do semi vs semi accidents. We ended up with a different law office than Bison to start with. That was a nightmare, never organized, always talking to a different person, and we ended up having to fire them. Bison was a totally different story; They were calm, cool and collected. They were very professional and did an excellent job for us. While we hated that we needed a lawyer and would have been preferred to have not been an accident to start with, we are glad to have worked with Bison Law! Hire at your own risk if you choose! I dont recommend this law firm. There is definitely better lawyers out there that would love to take your case and will take alot of pride in their job & have you as their best of interest. Instead of making that mighty dollar and don't care what the outcome is for you. Biggest issue was lack of communication, un organized and unprofessional with ALL of the staff and they do not work in a timely manner to get case resolved. Also received a bill AFTER settlement was issued that should've been included in from a pt visit that I was sent to by this law office but the blame was put on someone else and was told since I was already in the middle off my assessment to finish with visit they would take care of the bill since it was an error. Was also yelled at by the keeper I had hired to fight for me not against me he literally argued with me overall very unprofessional. 1 full year of a bunch of non sense. Will not recommend this firm to anyone nor will I use them in the future

So I have been to a handful of lawyers in my time and I will say that the Bison Law firm has the friendliest workers/ lawyers. They made me feel very welcomed while at the same time gave me reassurance and direction on a legal matter I was hesitant to go through with. I have heard stories about lawyers and how rude they can be but not this place at all. Definitely a 5 star for law firms. The front desk woman was also very helpful and nice. Again customer service goes along way and this place is amazing. Highly recommend them.
