Richard has helped me, my friends and my family on multiple occasions. He's a great man and an excellent attorney.

We paid Vickie moore $1,500.00 to represent a friend of ours.She Said she could get the charges dropped he was being held on.We kept checking to see if she put the notice of appearance in and if was never put in.When I asked her about it she was rude and over talked me.I finally called Richard Bite.He basically didn't know anything about us but ultimately defended her..we never got our money back and they were not in court to represent our friend. Any one else with a similar problem needs to post such here so we can see about getting together and getting our money back..

I paid out tons of money to them I really trusted them in my husband case we lost cars I was told this and that was done and come to find out nothing was they wasn’t coming to court when asked about getting my husband cars back I was told that a motion was filed and wasn’t so we basically just gave the state his cars I went had a consultation with another attorney and was told nothing was filed I sent money via cash app the whole time during my husband we didn’t know what was going on I felt so very uneasy about everything towards the end. I am definitely looking in to filing a complaint there’s so many things that wasn’t done right I didn’t want to leave this review yes my husband made his bed now he’s laying in it but he definitely didn’t get a good plea deal I am currently seeking another attorney advice to see about getting a fair bargain it sucks I have to pay out more money but I will and I will be filing a complaint against the practice

I've heard only good things i decide to retain him I spoke with Vickie Moore gave her a retainer fee of 500. Only to find she did nothing telling me she filed this an that an was denied when I gave she filled nothing I got another attorney to to do what she was accepting money for to find out through Alabama ala court she filled nothing I spoke with her she assured she did infact file papers an was sending me a copy still haven't received a copy of not filed paperwork now she want respond to calls or text a crook this woman is I now an trying to contact Ruchard as i do have my cancel check that i paid her with now I get why she wanted to meet at the thift store instead of the office like a normal attorneys office would want me to do now I will follow through with whatever measures I need to get myoney back an stop this their in her tracks before another person is taken although I'm sure she's gotten many more other than myself I have a friend who also thought she was a thing as a professional he is now checking to see if she took him as well I believe theft by deception describes this her hopefully it will be resolved I want give up until justice is served make sure you talk with Mr Bites definitely don't trust this woman she isn't trust worthy

Richards the best there is. Period. He is one of a kind and cool beyond words.

Mr. Richard Bite has helped my family through numerous occasions. My brother was facing 34 years to life and he got it down to 3 years. You should retain him and keep him on speed dial . Remain silent when arrested ( always) and wait on the man to do his job . I know half dozen people that would be sitting out long prison sentences . M y brother faced 25 to life he did 2 years in the county jail waiting on the grand jury . Thanks to Mr. Bote my brother got time served and was set free . The 2 years in the county sucked but vs 25 to life it was nothing Richard also he gave us free advice that saved my family over 10 dollars on a properpty suit . He is by far the best attorney in this state . Sadly i know this through trial and error with other lawyers .
