Well, I can't say anything about the attorneys but communication to get an appointment was a ridiculous nightmare. I filled out an online form with my name and email but somehow, even after calling twice, I never got any emails they said they'd send me and they had my phone number so wrong, I honestly don't know how it's even possible. Drove 30 mins and showed up for my appointment and no attorney was in the office and I couldn't be notified because they had the wrong number (even though the online consultation request asked for my email and phone, so they had it in writing from me). If this is how reception runs, I'd be concerned to have them represent me in court.

Won't use them even if they offered me free help. How do you set up an appointment and then one day before cancel the appointment because I have a pending receipt? I already described the situation and you offered to take the case then what changed that you had to cancel my appointment last minute. Anyway, i think that's unprofessional.
