No call back after an extensive intake. Not professional to leave a prospective client wondering. Not cool to take a bunch of sensitive information and lack the courtesy to decline a pressing legal matter. Once they took an hours' worth of info, only to tell me there was a conflict. Unprofessional and possibly damaged my case. The second time, not even a call back.

Hired this law office to represent me in the sale of my local home in Hyde Park, VT. Inconsistent communication, lack of proper follow-up. Overall disappointment in service.
