In my opinion he was a very poor communicator - merely dismissive and frankly a little rude. His grasp of the subject matter seemed weak, and overwhelmed - he actually seemed defensive at the outset. He inquired very little about my situation, and probed even less. Moreover,I left several messages with his office (which seems like it is only him), and before he had even heard any details of my situation... he never returned a single call. For me, this was a very poor experience, and I would have appreciated this type of feedback before I called his office.
