The bankruptcy attorney is horrible(Mark A Black). Will try to make you reaffirm your mortgage and car when not required to keep them. Tried to charge me over 2400 for a chapter 7 (in 2017). The guy was creepy also and when I said no thanks he'd lower his crazy price like 50 bucks, and say that I'm just doing this for you cause I like you, bs like that. I was like yeah we're done here. So glad I've received my discharge thru another more affordable law office without reaffirming a thing.

I hired Mark Black to represent me in my disability hearing. I think Mr. Black did well until he received his payment. SSA didn't pay the backtime I was due which made my and Mr. Black's checks smaller . I contacted him for advice on how both of us could get the rest we were due . I received no return call or email. My advice to you if you choose to hire him is make sure you have all your questions answered before checks are issued. I've been on my own for almost a year and haven't known what to do and haven't been paid what is owed.
