Barry is a phenomenal litigator. I found myself falsely accused of a crime. All the evidence pointed towards my innocence, but of course the state was determined to push forward with a case against me. It was a four an a half year nightmare. Barry would walk me through all the steps we were taking and the reasons behind them the entire time we were in this. In court the way he used questions to poke holes in the stories from the people on the stand was impressive to watch even though I was terrified the entire time. He used logic and reason to prove our case and in the end the jury rendered the correct verdict proving my innocence. I have a friend who is a lawyer in another state. He told me that "You can beat the rap, but you can't beat the ride". He was 100% correct, but Barry made the ride a lot more manageable for me. I pray to the lord above I never find myself in a situation like I was in ever again, but if I do, I will undoubtedly contact Barry.
