So let me start with i wrote a long an horrific review of my experience. Im eatting crow now. i didn't know about the firm an which type of cases they handled.. I didn't realize that even the cha was actually Mr. blackburn himself. This was a welcome surprise an a goof ball moment cause I treated the chat like Ai so yeah we know what I did. Mr Blackburn called me an asked why I had such a poor idea of his firm. I explained what was going on about my car got towed an no one cared that it was done illegally. He then told me about his firm an doesn't handle civil matters like mine. what I didn't know was he told me that he himself was going to write letters to the tow company an the store that called them explaining that I had permission from another company on the grounds to leave my car. Mr blackburn didn't have to do this or even answer me back. Most firms would just ignore reviews. So think about how well he an his firm would serve you if you did need his service i would be calling him first sn praying he had time for my case.

After many years of calls and emails, the experience and dedication definitely goes beyond words for Tom Blackburn & his amazing team, Carla, Laura, David and everyone in between! It’s been one heck of a ride! I will recommend his law firm for years to come!

Great lawyers diffinitly recommend my case turned complicated i was rear ended bike destroyed with snapped bones the crooked insurance trying to take all my settlement to a lying cop report that witnesses statements proofed other wise they got me a better settlement then I thought id get. If u want a lawyer that will actually fight for u and do there jobs Blackburn and romey are diffinitly the ones to get they fight tooth and nail for u every step of the way and do all the hard work for u. Very impressed and highly recommend. I went through there fortwayne indiana branch again highly recommend and thank u guys I would be screwed down the river without a paddle without them.

Tom Blackburn & Jordan Ernst were AMAZING to have fight for me through a difficult time! Jordan was always around to answer any question i had, or give the best advice! She was quick with answering phone calls and or emails! They did everything they could to make sure my hospital bills were paid & also was able to receive a settlement for myself! I never thought the outcome of my settlement was possible, but they made it possible! I would highly recommend the both of them, i'm sure other members of their team is amazing as well! Best part is they dont get paid unless you do! No one wants to pay for an attorney to get hardly any help. That speaks their dedication if anything does! While the process was long, all questions and concerns were always answered within 24 hours. Everyone I worked with was always so kind and willing to help. While I didn’t want to be in the position I was I’m glad I had Tom’s team behind me. I believe they worked every angle they could in order to get me the best outcome. First time experience in hiring an attorney for an auto accident my wife was involved in. The hospital bills were staggering. Tammy put her heart and soul into helping us tirelessly from day one to the closing !!! We just loved Tammy's personality and relentless work ethic in guiding us through this difficult time :) Blackburn and Romey is a firm anyone can trust with their life ! The only sad part was not winning the Harley Davidson sweepstakes (LOL) :) I would highly recommend Tammy in settling any case with Chad at the helm :)

They took my son's case against the school when others wouldn't and got him a nice amount of money for when he hits 18 and got him money for his first car which made him so happy. We would definitely recommend them.
