My experience with Marla has been extremely disappointing. There is little to no communication. She’s been handling my case since October of last year, yet I had to personally gather my own medical records — something I believed her office was responsible for. There’s been no peace of mind because I have no idea what’s happening with my case. I’ve reached out multiple times through phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails with no response. Even when contacting the firm directly, I was unable to reach anyone who could provide an update or escalate my concerns. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s hard to trust a firm that takes on cases but fails to communicate or follow through. I’m beginning to question the integrity of their operations and strongly urge others to seek different legal representation.
