I am forever thankful for Blaine and his staff. I came in from out of town looking for a lawyer for my son’s case and didn’t know where to begin. I sat in my car crying out to the lord and asking him to give me a lawyer whom I could trust. I started to google lawyers and Blaine appeared in the search engine. First, I was able to have the PFA (protection from abuse order) that was filed against you, terminated. You were so thankful that you constantly asked me to handle the criminal case even though it was assigned to a different attorney. The criminal case. You and your father came to review the video surveillance of the incident. Your father told you that you had no chance of winning the case. I provided you with the option of trial or working it out. You were facing significant time in state prison due to the injuries. You decided to take a plea. Your charge was Aggravated Assault of your girlfriend. In addition to DUI. You relentlessly beat up your girlfriend. We did all we could to help you. We worked hard for you. We encourage reviews, just be honest. I hired Anthony Jackson of the Blaine Jones Law firm to represent me on an warrant from 2020. Not only did he get me released on an O.R. bond, but he managed to get the charges withdrawn as well. I was given Anthony Jackson’ contact info through a friend. I reached out and he got right to work with what he needed and what I needed to do on my end. Very communicative. Knowledgeable. Extremely poor communication with the in-taker, unprofessional customer service experience and they lack punctuality that I was unable to retain their firm in time to represent me because they never received/ or responded to all of my emails, text messages or telephone calls in a timely manner. Then, the intaker turnaround and stated, that they actually did received my email with payment info., but that it went to their spam folder and they are unable to process payments this way. Why not respond back to the email versus waiting two days to call before the court date. When I resubmitted the payment a day before via Zelle, they claimed they didn't receive it and that I cancelled a payment through CashApp, which I didn't as I don't have a CashApp. This email was sent several weeks ago, and to get a call two days before that they did not receive a payment, but received all other email correspondences before and after this email, yes that was a problem for me. Was very hopeful that this law firm would live up to the reviews, sadly this was not my experience! I am now waiting for them to return my retainer fee which they appear to be refusing so I have had to go to my bank to file a dispute. Sad that a black law firm behaves this way towards their own kind! Just sad! If they didn't want to take my case they had over a month to have stated the obvious! Now this law firm is threatening to file a lawsuit for defamation for speaking the truth about my experience with their law firm, how ironic. This is a public forum to express public opinions/facts of services which is part of my 1st Amendment Rights which is now under attack! Not cool BLAINE JONES and you ought to know better!
