Mr meeker was appointed to my friend, for a f5 charge (possession) he literally was stuttering through trial and then tells the judge “well Mr. Xxxxxx said he wouldn’t do the class so”” the judge then sentenced him to 9 months jail. Mr.xxxxx never said that what he said was I would prefer not to do the classes but if I have to I will! And Mr meeker should have never said what he said even if he did say it! Common sense says that! So I hired an attorney who then had that ruling tossed out and mrxxxx was free after 3 months of court! Thumbs down for Mr.meeker run from him

My experience was unfortunately not good. I had a simple backpay recovery case, no disputes, but somehow the case was badly botched, allowing opposing counsel to chip away at the case over time and eventually a simple 300k backpay case was lost. I had paid 7.5k, got a bill for another 25k, but they seemed to pride themselves on 5k recovery all inclusive. I have been a corporate executive for 40 years and seen so many such cases, but never so badly mishandled to where there is no recovery when an employer admits from their own records that they owe you money - unheard of!
