The initial handling of my work comp case was great. However, upon reaching a settlement agreement where my case was supposed to stay medically open I was given a 2 inch thick packet in which they submitted the wrong paperwork which I didn’t catch at signing that effectively closed my case costing me upwards of 50k. This to me is a case of sloppy paperwork handling on a day where they had many mediation case involving settlements. I lost out on 50k and the medical coverage

I worked with Todd Schuler on a workers' comp case. At first, things were going pretty well and Todd and his assistant were very professional. When it came down to settling my case, Mr. Schuler kept getting me low bar offers for my settlement and kept pressuring me to settle for the amount I didn't want. He kept telling me that I was making a huge mistake and that my offers would keep getting lower. I got fed up and got a new lawyer and my lawyer informed me Mr. Schuler work was very sloppy and it didn't make any sense. My new lawyer was able to get me the offer I wanted, and I'm really glad I stuck to my gut feeling of not working with Mr.Schuler
